Terra State, Tiffin join to offer affordable four-year degrees

Terra State Community College and Tiffin University officials are expanding the DragonNext dual enrollment program, which was created to help students that wanted to earn a two-year associate's degree at Terra State and four-year bachelor's degree at Tiffin University. FREMONT— Terra State Community College or university and Tiffin University have a prolonged historical past of doing work jointly to enable pupils prepare their programs and earn associate and bachelor’s degrees.

The two colleges announced Tuesday they are expanding the DragonNext dual enrollment plan, which was established to assistance college students who wished to gain a two-yr associate’s diploma at Terra Condition and four-yr bachelor’s diploma at Tiffin.

Terra Condition President Ron Schumacher and Tiffin President Lillian Schumacher said the objective is to have 50 students enrolled in the plan, which features a benefit scholarship and credit history hour savings.

Terra State learners must have a cumulative 2. higher education GPA to be admissible at Tiffin.
